Default Suspension advice from autox'rs

i have an em1 currently with skunk 2 full coilover suspension. i know bad choice, but when i bought them i had no intention of autox. well things changed, and i want to get into the sport. my question is

function form v2, koni yellow with GC f450/r400, or tein flex (used)
or recommend a dif. spring rate with the GC

my car is a daily driver that gets a lot of miles put on it, so i cant have anything really stiff, but i still need it to handle well. i also like to tuck my 15's so my car is pretty low. i have an itr 22mm swaybar with sperical endlinks and an ASR subframe brace that are going on.

anyone who does weekend autocross i would really appreciate your advice, i've done tons of searches but haven't got any good answers

any help is appreciated

I run Koni/GCs on my EJ6 with 450f 400r rates and a 22mm rear bar, and no front bar. I think the 450s in front might be a bit too much for me on the street, but I'm putting on the GC shock mounts to gain some travel for the crappy roads around here so we'll see if it's the occasional bump stop crash thats really bugging me. If you're planning on dropping it a lot get the shock mounts.

As far as autox, I've done 2 with this setup and I like it. It will oversteer when you lift mid turn (this can be a good thing in slow corners). I've had this setup on the track one too and the only time it felt twitchy was when I had the rear shocks too stiff. I softened them up a bit and it handled very well. Overall I really like this setup. I've thought about swapping the springs front to rear and running a front sway bar too, thats another good point about the GCs you can swap out eibach ERS springs of different rates to play with the final setup.

If you like to tuck 15s, then you want to have high offset (at least 42 and I'd reccommend 15x6, nothing wider. I rub my 15x7 ET40, and I'm tucking 15s. Only in hard turns while slowing down, tho, so in daily grind they are fine. I'm definately raising it for autox, tho.

i talked to a guy at redshift motorsports today. i have driven my car a lot in parking lots taking sharp corners, wider corners, crossing from one direction to another and i can say that i like my back end to be a little loose. im going to run the 450's in the rear, 400's in the front with upper mounts and bring up my ride height about .5". im planning on going to 50 series tires so i can get the look i want on the street but still have autox functionability
