No kidding.
Mostly it is all your own preference.

I want to see if I can sum this up in five lines or less (not counting this first one, that is). Disregarding cost and availability, here's what I'd say...
Intake: Injen CAI, Mugen airbox, or modded stock box (gutted interior, high-performance filter, Vision-style scoop).
Exhaust: Um... Toda header, can't decide for sure on a catback (although I like my Fujitsubo).
Supercharger: Rotrex. High-volume blower plus top-mount intercooler FTW.
Turbo: Full Race (yes, that's the name).
Supercharger vs. turbo? Personal preference.

There's a difference between the list I posted and most-used, though. Price and availability turns a lot of people away.
As far as intakes go, you'll see just about everything under the sun -- they're cheaper than anything else (which makes sense, since they're so easy to make).
You'll see many more DC headers than Toda; many, many more Jackson Racing superchargers than Rotrex (which is nearly twice as expensive and a bitch to get a hold of here in the US); and GReddy more than Full Race.

V2 is not a cold air intake. Its filter is too close to the exhaust header to even qualify it as drawing "cold" air.
I've had one. It's nice when the car is moving and good for upper RPMs, but around town, in traffic, it lags. Blame it on all the hot air in the back half of the engine compartment.
