Help me plezzzzzzz
grrr. i bought this shift **** and got it in the mail today. shitty thing is, it doesnt fit right, its way to stubby. and they gave me a nut with it and i have no idea wtf its used for. Does anyone else have this shift ****? how the heck did u get it to fit right?http://209.87.151.155/detail.asp?PRODUCT_ID=TR-****
screw the little nut on first make sure you put the nut as far down your shirter as your can then put on your **** and then put the nut up to the bottom of your shift ****. The little nut gots on the bottom of your shift **** but above your shift boot.
what is that there for? and plus, my problem is that the stock shifter is showing about 2 inches. is ugly. like the shift boot sits 2in lower than the ****, revealing all that stick. do u have this **** yourself?
there should be a white washer that slides down the stick..then the **** goes down over it..then there s a few allan screws that tighten the **** onto the washer..if u think ur stick is too long *how i wish*
cut it down and then slip the washer over that portion..should fit pretty straight forward unless u got shaft d ..

I have a similar shift **** from Skunk, the nut goes on first, then the shift ****, so you can tighten and lock the two together. That way the shift **** sits straight with the numbers the correct way, and it locks so it won't spin while you're driving. If you want the shifter itself covered up, you should go with a Momo, or Sparco style shift **** that uses allen bolts and allows you to hide the shifter.
