Default Maintenance/upgrading for severe conditions

About a month ago I started delivery driving again, this time for a pizza place in the busiest part of the city. It also has some of the worst areas, so leaving my keys in the car is not an option. Driving in stop and go traffic for hours on end is bad enough, but starting the engine 20-50 times a night is probably killing it.

What can I do to help the engine deal with all of this added stress? I was going to switch to synthetic but I also saw some oil advertising good startup protection. Any possible truth to such a claim?

Hondas are pretty tought little *****, just keeping all fuilds changed regurally, possibly changing them sooner then recomenned.

As far as the safer start up honestly in my feelings once its been warmed up a bit as it would be in your case and oils been moving, its really not an issue, starter might be stressed a bit so save up for when she goes.

x2. So long as the car is already warm and ready to go, starting it is only going to put stress on the starter motor itself. I got one for $10 at a junkyard, they're cheap as hell.
