Default ABS light.

i have a 97 accord and the ABS break light came on. the car feels fine though, what do you think the problem is?

I have that too... always had it tho... :D
and I forgot to reset my check engine light after I got the new engne... oo well... stuuupid sensors

happens to my car when i go above 90. dont know why. went to shop and they couldnt find the problem. said maybe the brake lever bounces. i dont know. no charge though.

perhaps u should go to dealer to check whether there is problem with ABS pump, or maybe u have not changed the abs oil for a very very long time,( i think normally it should be replaced every 40000km.)

if it always comes on n never off, u should concern above problems, but if u restart ur engine, everything is fine, then should be some kind of short circuit. i dun think its a big deal, it happened on my car once.

there is an easy way to check it for free...there is a little blue plug under your glove box, pull that out and jump it with a paper clip or anything you can find, turn the car to the on position and you ABS light will blink...get the code and there are a couple threads where they list all ABS codes...

another thing is to check your fluid...i know if it is a little low it will set off your light...
