how hard is too replace front control arm bushing... ! thanks

the one that the shock fork goes into? Cut it up and put a new one on. If its not that one, then be more specific.

I used a press...was very easy and self explanetory. i'm sure there is many ways to take them off but try use the method with the least effort.
