Default Brake Bleeding Problem... Master Cyliner might be bad???

So i went to do my full integra brake conversion on my eg. finally got all the mechanical stuff on. gsr brake booster, rs master cylinder, and a DA 40/40 prop valve. all good right??? wrong! so i go to bleed the brakes RR first and there is nothing coming out. A friend suggest i bleed the MC first to make sure the lines are getting pressure. so i loosen up the two brake lines going into the MC and guess what.... nothing comes out.
Does this mean i have to rely on a buddy to drive me around until i get another rs MC?? or is there something else that could be wrong that would require less money and less time?
