Default Solo run with AFR

I just recently started getting a cel 41 and 43 both relating to the o2 sensor. during the time the cel light isn't on sometimes my aem wide-band gauge goes crazy reading over 16 while running and sometimes running off the gauge rich. But when the cars warmed up I'll find a safe spot and run the hell out of the car shifting at 8k before I get a cel and its fine, reading 14.7-14.3 all night and 12.8-13.1 full throttle. Whats the deal, I know that I got to replace the o2 but will it effect my reading like that. And the o2 isn't even a year old yet.... Any ideas??
