Default F22 potential?

Okay guys, I drive a 1995 accord LX. When I bought it the owner already had a slight drop, random wheels, and a bosal brospeed exhaust. I was wondering if I could do a mild build on it to keep up w/ the local single slammers?

Really I wanted to be able to hang w/ bolt-on civics. I was hoping to get into the 160 HP range maybe.
