The Big Question.......16s Or 17s??????
i was gonna get gold rota slipstreams on my electron blue 00 civic si,i was wonderin what would look better,16s or 17s,and why,thanks alot
i would go with 16s with either 205/45 tire or 205/50 depending on how low your car is

No, that's too small. 205/40-16 is the size for older Civics (pre-'96 and certain '96 versions). 205/45-16 or 215/45-16 are the sizes for the '97-00 Civics (and the other '96 versions).

Yes, 205/40-17. (You don't need to say "max", since that's the smallest size commonly available for 17" wheels, so you're not likely to find anything smaller anyway.
