Default quick distributor question

errrrrrrr can anyone tell me if a obd1 D series Vtec dizzy will work on a non Vtec motor?


i need a dizzy for my d15b7 and i happen to have one off a z6 laying around... any chance itll work?

will it work? yes.
will the housing match up with the head? no.

If you want to use it, you'll have to hack it up.

Have you considered swapping internals into a b7 one? Or is this the only one you have?

Just swap internals. They're are the same; the only difference is the housing.
