I would jack the car up level and get under there and start shaking it. Looks nice.
I know Thermal 3" fit but they do hang lower than that one.

not on a well built motor...if your gonna have a serious all motor build or a turbo build 3 inch is always better...now if your just gonna get bolt ons i wouldnt recommend 3"

I know where its rubbing and we have tried fixing it... its just becuase its 3inch and there is little or no room for the piping to fit..
I was in vegas last weekend and I banged up my exhuast real good a few times, IT hangs too low for my liking in the mid section, So i have gone ahead and ordered a new system. 2.5 Thermal exhuast..
I will be keeping the 3 inch for down the road when i turbo the car.
Will get new pics once i get the new system installed...
* as for that video.. Its not me, And it sounds horrible ( my 2 cents)

check your rubber hangers... mine pop out all the time and when they do the exhaust pipe rumbles on the sway bar... also if thats not the prob you might want to replace the rubbers altogether because they sag after time but it looks like you have an 06 rsx so they shouldn't be sagging.... you should also try zip tying your rubber hangers for more stiffness but it looks like you don't have much clearance to play with between the pipe tip and the bumper
