Default Problems with my 4th gen VTEC

I have two problems which my 95 vtec (100k miles)

1) Vibrations through the steering wheel. Ive changed everything (hubs, wishbones, bottom arms, shocks, callipers wheels, tyres) & four sets of discs (rotors) & pads and rear discs and pads. Vibration is bad under breaking but also noticable under normal driving. THe only thing i havnt changed is the steering rack. Any thoughts?

2) ABS kicks in when breaking from 100+mph down through to 90mph then ok. But only a very slight tapping on break pedal. Tried changing speedo sensor but the same. Cant really see it being a ABS sensors as I would of thought it would do it all the time?? The mechanic at honda said it might have air in the ABS accumulator?? any ideas.

Cheers Paul
