Default FS/WTT 1998 Civic Hatchback Virgin Black Indiana EK STOCK fresh body panels!!!

Owner: Corey Nutt
VIN: Supplied Upon request
Model: Civic Hatchback DX
Motor: Stock 1.6 liter SOHC
Mileage: 135,000
Mods:JDM sirg amber gauge cluster

Car has AC, Heat, All interior is there, One side of the body has been completed paintless dent repaired. Some of the door dings are still a bit visible and if someone wanted to make a show car would still need a little bit of work, other than that is has NO rust once so ever. Rear bumper needs rapainted, fender and hood are new, both need paint but they are black primer the way I bought them from the body parts store at this time. Door has a descent sized dent in it when I bought it so I had it professionally fixed at a body shop, door is also black primer. Rear Bumper needs repainted, have an oem bumper without pits to go with the car as well. This car was bought 3 months ago from a local dealership and it was in pretty rough condition, everything that has been done to it was done professionally. Many may have seen my last phoenix yellow EK that was totalled by a testdriver, I actually was going to replicate that car because I missed it so much with with my boosted Integra and s2000 I have too many cars in the garage at the moment.

This car does still have some dings/scratches in the paint but overall it is a clean good starting point for someone. I have already purchased a b18b for it for the time being but have no put it in the car but it will either go with the car or I will sell it outright afterwards. I have the complete swap but have not had time to put it in. Planned on LS vtec turbo and driving the car as a daily to school and back. The car does not burn any oil, and the sohc is pretty descently running I must say.

The longer I keep the car the more I will probably do to it so price may fluctuate but for now Im throwing it out there for:

$5,000 obo

No flaming on prices if you dont like the price then just keep the comments to yourself please.

Everything will be included down to axles for the b18b swap, basically the whole body is ready for minor body work and a fresh paint job.

The b18b that I have for the car has been recently rebuilt with fresh valve seals, headgasket, plug wires, spark plugs, ARP headstuds, OEM clutch, ready to go!

make me an offer I could probably sell the b18 for $1000 or so outright. I just bought an f250 4 door longbed and this is getting in my way of turning it around.

KBB for your car
Good Cond
$3300
Fair
$2800

What condition is the stock motor in? From what you describe, seems kinda rough. Timing belt + tensioner changed? Would prob offer between the above two depending on condition.
