i have RC 330cc injectors and tried to install the into the victor x manifold and they will not fit in with the o-rings on them. it looks like the manifold needs to be machined out a little for them to fit so i figured that i would try to see if my stock injector/fuel rail setup would work for the time being. the injectors fit fine in the manifold but the fuel rail will not bolt up. it has a 1/4 inch space between the manifold and the fuel rail any input would be helpfull my first build.

 

anyone who has installed this manifold and could give me some advise would help alot

 

is it the stock fuel rail???

 

I just made aluminum spacers on the one i did. make sure to allow enough 'squish' to seal the bottom of the injector. I think I ended up using 9.5mm on a B18

 

the stock intake manifold used black ro brown spacers. You can remove those from teh stock manifold and reuse them. If they end up being too thick, you can shave them down.
