for like 1100 ,but there for a b16 head , would it be worth it to buy a b16 head and the itb's for my b18a block ?

No serioulsy they take some tunning to get them to make power..

Its much more COST effective to get a good intake mani and intake than to switch over your head and ITB's

Vtec head Good tune after install Maybe a good manifold

But the ITBs just seems to be alot of issuse for the street style guy, just my thoughts.
