Default Big CRX wiring/engine problems.

i traded my integra for a 88 CRX si, and i thought it was a pretty even trade because both cars had a little body damage, cracked windshields, and leaked a little inside. The CRX needed vtec to be wired and my teg needed new synchros and possibly a new clutch soon.
But this crx aint so great: some moron decided to do an obdo to obd1 swap with a d15b block, a vtec-e (vx) p07-1 head, all the while running a po6 ecu (that has now gone into limp mode) and use a one wire 02 sensor when they should be using a 4... and the idiots decided to use an obd0 intake mani with obdo sensors and obdo peak and hold injectors (god knows why) when they need saturated obd1s.... this blows because now i need to do a bunch of swapping to make this **** work.
Within the next 2 weekends i need to do a valve job and lash on my d16z6 head, swap it on along with my obd1 intake mani, find a p28 ecu and a 4 wire o2 sensor, and wire all this **** up and hope my d16z6 head isnt bunk.

Now i know all this sounds ranty, but theres a question behind it all; do i really need obd1 sensors/injectors/intake mani as long as the resistor is still in there, because ive been getting mixed answers. And any other info you can think to give me would b e greatly appreciated, thanks.

the obd0 injectors are the same size and they work just as well the obdo intake manifold will work fine also it has everything the obd1 has but may be a tad more restrictive. the vtec e uses a one wire o2 sensor...the only obd1 engine that does...i would just buy a d15b or a z6 a mini me is a waste of time

Well a head swap is a little easier for me, i dont have a engine hoist, and i might as well just mini me it seeing as i have most all the stuff to do it except a good running z6 head.
