raising top hats

Is there anyone that can raise top hats for cheap or would it be cheaper to do it myself(id have to hire someone to weld though)?

ground control makes em and they dont cost too much.

$175 is alot if you're only making $250-$400 a week :/

Google it. I know there was a write up years ago about doing it. I would weld it up for you if in fact I had my welders down here with me

I do know of a guy in Rocky Mount who's good though.
