Default raising top hats

Is there anyone that can raise top hats for cheap or would it be cheaper to do it myself(id have to hire someone to weld though)?

$175 is alot if you're only making $250-$400 a week :/

Google it. I know there was a write up years ago about doing it. I would weld it up for you if in fact I had my welders down here with me I do know of a guy in Rocky Mount who's good though.

My dad knows how to weld, but he says their welder at work isn't too good.

Can you ask the guy in Rocky Mount how much he charges?
