As the title says. I am doing a h22 CRX swap and am a little confused over a part im missing and need to get my hands on. I believe its the intermediate shaft I need that attaches to the back of the engine block. Below is a pic of the 2 driveshafts I have already for the swap and the gear box (which appears to have some kind of shaft attached). If anyone can identify the part I am missing I would be most greatful

The part you're missing is the intermediate shaft. The halfshafts are that which you have two of already. On the driver side, the halfshaft connects to the intermediate shaft which connects to the tranny.

My apologies, I wasnt bumping it up for no reason. I clicked the submit button once and my post appeared twice (I shall edit the thread accordingly)

I think this sometimes happens on HT, unless I got into the strange habit of double clicking

 

if you were in chicago i could drive by you and show you for a fact that the H23 shaft fits the H22...... but you will just have to take my word for it.....

 

The axles, trans, and blocks of the H23/H22 are essentially interchangable, so I'd wager the intermediate shaft is as well.
