Default cruise control

I'm looking to add cruise control to my 95 civic as I drive an hour each way to work. I was wondering if anyone knew if the wiring was already there and all I had to do was strip the components from a junk car, or is there more to it (wiring, etc...). I looked into having it professionally done, but they want $350, and I just don't have the money right now. Any advice would be appreciated.

stick.

I'm assuming a rostra kit is an aftermarket kit? I'll google it, but I'm assuming it's gonna cost several hundred dollars, which is what I'm trying to stay away from.

What I'm hoping is that the wireing is all there, and I'll just have to plug in the oem parts and it'll be done. Does anyone know if the wiring would be there already from the factory, or would wireing be involved in installing it.

I am not 100% sure but I don't think it is. You will need a lot of parts from a doner car like the steering wheel the srs ribbon reel that is behind the wheel and a lot more. One way to find out check the part numbers for the ribbon reel for a car with and without cruse if they are the same then I would bet that a lot of the wiring is there

I have a few of the cruise control pieces for sale including the little black box that goes in the engine bay and also the unit that controls it (the brains). If you plan on going the OEM route, PM me and we'll work something out
