If you got the money to put in, the rebuild it from bottom - up. If not just do some bolt on.

personaly i wanted to boost my GSR with a full build for 18psi, but then i wanted to do all motor so im still in a toss up. but since you want help with all motor ill tell u the setup i would run, i have a skunk to intake mani, and type R TB which im running either way boost or All motor. skunk2 mani, type R TB, AN-R header(http://www.an-r.com/bseriesheader.htm second one down- compact version) or a type R header, Toda SPEC C cams, toda valve springs, skunk 2 retainers and titanium valves, Toda Cam gears, Toda heavy duty timing belt, injectors (not sure on size), tune, AEM intake, higher compression pistons havent decided on type but 12:1 compression, crower rods, and a sleeved block. thats pretty much my route for all motor. which is over 3K the Toda cams alone are $1200. replaced the toda cams and springs with Skunk2 stage 2 cams and titanium springs u save almost a G but sacrifice some decent power. feel free to correct me if im wrong, hope i helped you out

Get some nice cams and a nice header, you'll make some good power. If you want more power, do some headwork i.e. porting.

theres pros and cons on every set up, all motor is kinda something you dont wanna do half a$$, if you wanna do all motor and make power that u will be happy with then slappin in stage 1 cams with an intake header and exhaust def will be like 15-25whp also depending on how good of a tune and a waste of time and money.save some cash and jusat do it right if ur lookin to make 210whp+ all motor in ur GSR. atleast a stage 2 cam skunk2 or toda i prefer toda (toda would be spec B which is like stage 2) springs, valves, retainers, and up the compression. u dont have to do 12 like i wanna do but someone or get type are pistons. thats i u wanna make power. and of course the supporting mods like intake, header, tune, fuel. all im saying pretty much in a nutshell is do it right the first time if u wanna make power it sux to go back and lose some money to make u happy. just over plan and u will be satisfied. shoot me an email if u really need help with a set up ill be more then happy to help.
