Just wondering how to take out the plastic part of the gauges. Im trying to put in reverse glow and 7 color neons to change how it looks. It's sealed and im just wondering is there any trick to get it off? Heat it up and cut it with a razor blade?

 

Have you taken it out and looked yet? It's really rather easy. Take it out of the dash and then get a friend to grab one side of the clear front and you grab the other (sometimes a small flathead screwdriver helps) and pull it apart, no need for heat.

 

guess i'll just use a razor blade as i planned. Yeah i took it out its setting in the floor next to me. Looks like it's glued together i just didn't want to crack the plastic
