results: HID in 94-01 jdm foglight housing.
so far, so good. no cracking of the yellow housing
i've heard from several members that using a higher wattage bulb (more than 55 W) will crack the housing from the heat...
so far, its hour 2 of my "burn-in" test and so far so good! the 35w hid bulbs seem to be holding up without damaging the housings.
just thought i'd share with fellow h-t members.
my test will be 5 hours long, continuous burn in, in a controlled environment, my basement.
