timing on a 94 gsr

the guy that did my engine swap told me that my timing had skipped a tooth how would i go about fixing my timing

1. Take off the timing belt
2. Align the crank pulley with the mark on the timing cover
3. Align the cams with the mark on the head
4. Put the belt back on.
