Default post pics and how to polish alumium ex: heads, trannys, blocks ect....

i wanna know how to polish up the alumium on my gsr motor? should i lightly sand blast or just sand w/ 1000 grit and then rubbing compound? any pics and directions are welcome! also how long it took THANKS

hhuumm kool. isnt that stainless? wonder how alumium would do. prob a lil easier seeing its softer.
