have spoon cam gear want to know how do u install them???

ok I have a set of spoon cam gears and I want to install them on my gsr block my motor is pulled and am soon to be putting it into my 91 crx with hasport mounting kit. I heard U had to pull the cams out to install the cam gears???

nah just take off your timing belt, and then there is one bolt on each cam gear holding them on, after you take them off and reinstall the new ones make sure to torque them down properly and check timing.......

make sure you set the new cam gears at 0" degress and make sure the allen keys are tight.
