im thinking of installing a performance exhaust system for my accord. but i dun no what type of manifold should i use, 4-1 or 4-2-1? and which type of installation is best for 3k-6k rpm torque performance? oh, by the way, should i just throw the catalyst part away or keep it in use? thanks guys!

 

If others say take the cat off, I do, do not throw it away, you may need it or the next person that buys your car may need it for state inspection??????

I am not familiar (off the top of my head) with the location of the O2 sensor, if it will be located in the header it ultimetly needs to read all four pipes at the collector or farther down stream, not just one and not just two of the header pipes, although you will get folks to argue that fact and say their car runs fine, but again this may not be an Accord issue.

 

has anyone upgraded the exhaust system for their 94-97 accord? if yes, pls give me some advice, thx
