Clutch problem(please help!)
I had the clutch installed and it doesent work it seems like its not in ther at all. I also had the flywheel resurfaced could it be that it was resurfaced too much and now it doesent touch?? Please help i need my car back.
Any weird noises, unusual pedal feel, fluid leaks? Take a look at the slave cylinder, shift fork and make sure its moving while someone is pushing the clutch. If that is ok, than unfortanately its most likely internal.
There is a service limit for flywheel that I don't know off hand. Usually if the flywheel is in decent shape they don't take that much off. I highly doubt thats the problem.
Need some more info/symptoms to help you out.

ok so its a exedy stage one clutch. when i got the clutch everything look real good nothing bent or broken so i gave it to the mechanic he put it in. after that he gives me a call and says that here is something wrong with the clutch cuz it feels like its not even there. could it be the pressure plate? faulty clutch? and adjustment need to be made? lack of fluid i really need to figure this out im starting my new job on monday and i dont have a car to get ther. this really sucks.
Feels like its not there? As in the pedal goes to the floor?
Tell him to check to make sure the hydralic system is working. IE- all lines, clutch master cylinder, slave cylinder, and shift fork installed correctly. If there is no fluid loss and the shift fork is moving correctly then the problem is internal.
There is not many things to mess up on a clutch install. I can't see him messing up the pressure plate by not torquing it correctly but the release bearing and shift fork is a common mistake. Sometimes people don't install that correctly and the release bearing can fall off the shift fork.
Was this a brand new clutch?

ok so i went there and this is what happens:
when the car is off i can put in gear. when the car is on the wheels start to spin and i cant put it in gear. he checked out all the things you said to check out but everything seems to be working fine. what could be the reason that it wount go ino gear and the wheels spin when the car is on??? ( the car was on a lift thats wht the wheels strarted to spin) he told me it might be a defective clutch.
