Default Driving around with ECU throwing TPS sensor code?

I was just wondering if it is harmful to drive around with this code. The car seems to run fine; only on the initial start up the idle drops and almost dies and it comes back up, but after that idle holds fine. would this code cause me to run richer than normal?
