was wondering anyone painted there ex rims white? if so please post a pic

thinking about painting them white since i might be painting my accord white but would like to see a pic what to see if it would give the coupe that jdm look

 

i think the spokes without the lip doesnt look that great. just put on some itr wheels in 4 lug. they are white also and has a nice lip.

 

itr rims are $$ not looking to waste cash like that i have my 19s to play with and have these mint stock ex rims with new tires laying around since nobody wants to trade or buy so thinking about painting them but wanted to know if anyone has a pic of this 1st

The JDM look is acheived by installing JDM parts not by painting your stock wheels to match your car. Al Bundy (Married with Children for those too young to remember) once said, "Stop asking us if this dress makes you look fat, we hate that! Besides...it's not the dress that makes you look fat it's the fat that makes you look fat!" The idea holds true in many situations in life, your decision being one of them.

rofl, why not just paint them? If it sucks donkey *****, aircraft stripper!

 

only seen this in gold/bronze/gunmetal or black which to me i dont really like and dont want to waste cash if they dont look right painted in white im sure somebody has there oem 94-95 ex spokes rims done in white with red H since this is very common.

but as far as sanding and painting and if they dont look right i have to strip them down then really fine sand them and re-clear coat is way to much work
