Muffler is stainless steel, there aint no rust there. 
I'm on the eastern side of PA, and yeah I'm somewhat negotiable on the pricing.
The only thing "wrong" with it is that it's scratched up on the resonator a bit, otherwise there is no rust, still has all of it's powder coat. It's a little discolored from me driving open DP for a month with the exhaust still attached as to appear as if I just had an exhaust leak... the dark rust look the Bpipe is carbon over the purple powder coat.
Shoot me a PM and we can try and work something out.

If you are where you say you are you're probably around 8+ hours from me. I'm about an hour north of Philly.
Most of the "rust" is just dirt, I haven't had time to really clean it off.
