Jdm front bumper... how do u install Front license plate in the middle, usdm dsnt bolt up.
ok, my problem is i want to bolt up my FRONT license plate to my front bumper, but the way i do it is irritating me, because the way i do it, i use a rectangular piece of metal, and bolt it to the front bumper, then i just screw my front licsense plate onto the recatngular metal with some self taping screws (because i believe the USDM holes dont line up with the JDM front bumper (jdm is longer) so therefore gotta make it shorter), but when i do this, it bends my license plate & license plate holder, so it dsnt look flat when seen from the side view.. (think the bolts i use to bolt onto bumper makes it bend like this?) so how do i make my license plate go onto my bumper w/o having it get bent in the middle.

then stick some big washers behind the bumper that are larger than the hold and tighten them down so the the usdm plate will stay there and wont have "ghetto" holes in it and wont be bent

ok, i stuck ome big washers behind the license plate but infront of the bumper and infront of the rectangular plate of metal. that and some double sided foam tape and stuff made it work. thanks.

I did the same thing. Even got a compliment from a cop for at least "doing it right" despite him not knowing what kinda car I had and where it came from
