Default car judders at low revs - ideas

hey,
wondering if you could help, got a d16 eg5 and having a small problem with the car juddering at low revs.

wondered if you guys had any idea of what it could be?

What are "low revs"? 3000 RPM? 2000 RPM? 1000? Under what conditions is this happening? WOT? Partial throttle? Releasing the clutch?

between 1000 - 2500 rpm, i cant see any patter to when exactly it happens - with a little throttle mostly. this any help?

i have the same, either your bearings are bad or LMA is gone, (im thinking its your LMA's.) lost motion asseblies. or your main bearing. it sucks bro.

damn sounds expencive!

ive notcied that it only shakes at 1.5k to 2.k revs Without throttle - does this sound correct?

check your air lines for a leak and check your pcv valve

positive crankcase ventilation valve.....but yeh my car does that too...whatever..
