2002 turbo EP

Looking for some help H-T guys...

I am finishing up a 2002 Civic Si (EP) with mild t3T4 set up 8psi w/ HONDATA...

What NGK plug numbers should I use?

I love honda-tech but the search feature SUCKS...HARDCORE!

I tried searching but you can only imagine how many TURBO CIVIC post there are!

SO...the NGK 5068...HUH? Is that just one step down from stock?
