knocking noises please help

 

Rebuild or replace.

More info man, what kind of knock. some have mistaken too much valve lash for a knock before.

 

knocks every time i step on the gas no knocking when idles
sometimes a fast knock

 

Give it some 93 octane or whatever premium is in Paradise.
A rod knocks all the time.

if i do rebuild i need suggestions for parts and other stuff too beef it up please help

 

yea but will that really work if its knocking bad

 

It sounds like you're mistaking pinging for a rod knock. try a higher octain gas.

 

louder than pinging noises more of a knock sounds from the lower end, will a compression test help???? let me know what i can do to figure it out

 

Compression test isnt going to tell y ou if you have a bad bearing. When does the noise start to happen? If you could get us a video then we could help more. If you cant catch the noise on video then its more then likely not rod knock. You hear that a mile away.
