JRSC 11 psi + 65 wet shot NOS, VID INSIDE.
why does it seem to cut out when the nitrous engages? I only ask cause I had nitrous before and don't remember it acting like that, but i had it 3 years ago so i could have forgot.
Either way, it sure does look fast

What are those stripes on the cluster, Gay Pride?
JK the car moves out pretty damn good...you need better vids though because you were hovering around 5 grand before you punched it.

Sounded an AWFULL lot like you went part throttle until 5,800 and then hit full throttle after that. Whats done to the engine?
i dont understand why the Nos hits so hard when it initially sprays in ? My nos kicks in at 5800. Yeah, i usually dont punch it till around 5550 or so, thats whee my best RPM range is .......
btw , heres a video of me racing my brothers Z28, No NOS either of us.he has 380 whp on motor only, but just ran an 11.2 @ 123 on 125 shot of nos last night in atlanta

Here, I dug up your setup. Sounds kinda fishy to me..
b18C1, stock block, stock head
11 psi JRSC
RC 310 injectors
EnDYN MODIFIED Bosch fuel pump
Cartech 2005 FPR
3" intake
3" exhaust
holley throttle body
J & S safeguard
V-AFC
Kamikaze headers
NGK 8 plugs , colder
Type R exhaust CAM
MSD 8 MM wires
65 NOS shot WET
mobile 1------ 10w/ 30 synthetic, over 140K (on motor), always trust synthetic !!!!!
Del sol radiator, dual core
11psi on a GSR JRSC.
1). The JRSC would be pumping out a pretty good amount of heat at 11psi. Its reaching about the max that it could efficiently produce boost wise.
2). Stock internals pushing an estimated 400whp. Sure, it could be done, but honestly, not that likely. According to jackson... at 10psi, a B18C with I/H/E shows 250whp. Add in your 65 shot (which needs to be doubled because of boost) and we have 380whp. Not likely to last on a stock bottom end, especially your setup. why?
3). You have this whole thing supposedly "tuned" with a VAFC? Is this a joke or what? You had the money for boost, the money for the nitrous kit, but no money to afford proper engine management? Not only that, but we have..
4). 310cc injectors. Thats even more amusing. 550's were basically maxed out (around 90% duty cycle) at 300whp on a single slam. Somehow though, you were able to get 400 or so out of a set of 310's. Even with just the blower, I can't see how 310's would be able to keep up properly at all, unless you are flodding the **** out of the rail with high fuel pressure. You do have an FMU, so perhaps this explains why you have been able to get away with this rigged setup.
Another thing that bothers me. You say you never hit the throttle until 5,500 because thats "your best" power range. You have a damn blower. Not only that, but you push 11psi. Your car should have a nice flat torque curve. The car might not accelerate as "hard" since you are slighly below the peak, but still. When you ran the 1/4 mile, did you wait until 5,500 to hit the gas? Call me a "hater" or whatever, the whole thing just doesn't add up.
Post a picture of the engine bay.

He never claimed to make 400 hp. In a light civic his setup runs good.
11 psi on a jrsc is easy, and I never had any problems with it.(2-3 years of 11.8 psi on stock gsr).
Most people wont do it, or have the ***** to do it, but I used to run 15 psi on a non-intercooled jrsc.(built long block)
I do think his injectors are completely maxed out, fuel pressure has to be through the roof!!!! Also, he should lower his n20 activation point so he doesnt have a dip in his power...that could be dangerous too.

I never said he claimed to have 400whp. I did say that for the level of boost he is running and then adding in a 65 shot, he SHOULD be AROUND 400 to the wheels. How many 400whp stock internaled GSR engines do you see around?
11psi on a stock GSR is supposed to be an accomplishment? 10 according to Jackson is 250 to the wheels. You can push a stock single cam to the 220whp range before you run into problems. I would certainly hope something without toothpick rods could hold another 30-40hp.

my only thought for the injector duty cycle arguement is the fact that it is a claimed wet shot.....
then again I couldj ust be talking out of my ***

wet shot was my first impression.
Remember, its supercharged, so the whole doubling the nitrous shot really doesnt stand up here.
I would say a 65 may give 80-100 horse.
There are alot of 400Hp stock GSR's and single cams are able to acheive more than 220 before breaking,,,,,,,,,, and still be reliable.\
Hater

What in the hell is this guy smoking about teh "400" hp bullshit. I never once said i had 400 hp, my car runs 240 whp on charger(11 psi),and 300whp on juice (65 shot).
you wants pics, here ya go.
Also, let me clarify the Stock block, YES, STOCK b18C1 block, HEAD, except type R exh.cam
also, Rc 310 injectors, Bosch PUMP, and cartech 2005 FPR
My fuel pressure is 90-95 psi at WOT, yes, my injectors are maxxed to hell, but i dont give 2 *****, the car hauls asssssss, and if it works like this, why change it, its been running like this for 2 years.(11psi)
And yes, NO FUGGIN ELECTRONICS, except a V-AFC, and a J& S safeguard.
believe it or not, whys is soo damn hard to believe, FOK.

How does the "doubling the shot" rule NOT work here? If anything he should gain more power being that he's on a non-intercooled supercharger that is a lot less efficient than a turbocharger.
