Don't think a walboro 255lph will work for 500-600whp. If you change your stock fuel lines, you may as well get an external pump such as the SX Performance or the Aeromotive A1000 .

For the walbro you need the high pressure one. Most places only sell the low pressure 255.

You need the walbro 255 HP, new fuel filter and 1000cc injectors and you should be good to go. I made 603 whp on that setup

buddy of mine made 575whp on race gas with 950cc injectors and a 255lph so it can be done, but I dont recommend it. he was also at 97% duty cycle.

585whp , 1000cc XS regulator 8an lines Walbro 255HP 10guage feed to pump via a relay , held pressure w no problem. Over 600whp would be smart to run a bigger pump, injectors, feed/return line not saying it cant be done- just my opinion.

there is no need outside of ricer ******ry for an fpr or rail under 600+whp
got cash to blow? do it
otherwise stock system + 255hp with a direct 12v and 1000cc injectors = it

The normal walbro 255hp can be used. All you need to do is simply add another relay on it. I'm sure a few guys on here know what I'm talking about and can help you.

sorry thats just not possible with 750s at stock fuel pressure.

500 to 600 can definately be done on 1000cc injectors with the 255, if you really want closer to 600whp i would invest in a good sumped tank fuel system.

Is there a bigger intank fuel pump than the Walbro? I heard Endyn makes a modified Bosch pump that fits in the tank.
