1. Disconnect negative terminal on battery for 10 mins.
2. Make sure wheel is straight.
3. Remove side panels on the Civic wheel.
4. Unplug the SRS plug from the airbag.
5. Take a T30 torx bit and remove the two screws holding in the airbag.
6. Unplug the horn and cruise control (if applicable) wires from the plug.
7. Loosen, but do not remove, the 19mm nut on the steering column.
8. Holding hands at 9 and 3, give the wheel a quick jerk to pop the wheel off the column.
9. Remove the nut and wheel.
10. Place the S2K wheel onto the EK steering column and feed the SRS, horn, and cruise (if applicable) through the center of the hub.
11. Bolt back the 19mm nut.
12. The horn and cruise (if applicable) might need some modifications to work with the Civic wires. Just match the wire colors.
13. Bolt the airbag back on.
14. Connect the SRS plug.
15. Replace side panels.
16. Reconnect terminal on battery.

The instructions are pretty detailed and this is what usually is written in a Helms manual. Take it step by step.

Unless it came in an S2000 ... that's not really relavent. It could be various things, the horn, the relay, your clockspring, etc.
