You can ID cams, I ID'd mine and found that I had skunk2 stage2 cams when I bought my car. I took the dizzy off and looked at the back of the cam for the stamp and then matched it up to my buddy's cams. He is currently building his motor and they were real easy to see. I hope that helps. If you have a good enough camera take a picture where I told you and post it in here and we will see if we can help you ID them.

Out of curiosity, what makes you think you have after market cams anyway?

wasn't sure if the dude before me swapped out heads or cams.

If mine are stock cams is there a stamp on the camshaft that tells me they are b17 cams?

The only way to tell is to either measure the lobe height or visually identify the cams by the markings in the above picture. The stock cams are not stamped.
