Default Rich or Lean?

I own a JDM 1999 Honda Accord Sir -T, i just bought a VAFC, i dont ahve access to a dyno where i'm from. I tune the VAFC myself and i'm feeling some improvements but my question is do i need to add more fueel in the VTEC range or lessen the fuel throughout the VTEC range..help me please..

Depends To much of either isnt good, Gotta be just right

Too mich fuel isnt good, and not enough isnt good

I dont have experience with the VAFC , but honestly id say just mess with different settings, drive it, remeber what settings were the best
