well around 4:30 was the last time we will ever see this car again. Kinda makes my freind weary about getting another one, he just bought a jdm type r engine for it, it will be getting here sometime this week too bad he doesnt have a car to put it in.

I guess I can be the first to say it: at least it got stolen before the motor went in. Would've sucked to lose a brand new swap. Please tell me he had theft insurance and receipts for the stuff that went into the car.

For the millionth time--take a beater or your friend's/girlfriend's car to the movies/mall!!! A hooked up Honda is a target!!!

he had full coverage insurance even though it was paid for so they better cover his ****. hopefully they will, he has reciepts for everything.

he also had a bunch of things that we didnt install yet because he was afraid it would make his car a target and he didnt have an alarm yet

new brakes/pads <-- we were going to install today hahaha im glad i didnt waste my time.

he had planned on getting an alarm and this immobilizer system after the swap. he didnt want to fool with having to rewire the alarms after the swap.

oh well.

i think its kindof a blessing in disquise he wanted to get a hx or dx model anyways.

*phew* Well, at least he'll get SOMETHING from insurance. It just sucks to lose a set of Volks and a clean blue EG (not many of those around).

So the goodies will be waitng to go into the next one

 

Oh, and that's the baddest color too. I can't help it, I love the Si hatches. It's such a well balanced car already, and it's so easy to add another engine, as you don't have to wire vtec (big deal, right) Ugh, maybe they'll jack the volks and leave the rest alone (yeah right). I hate that for you dude. Get something ugly next time.

Yeah, i got that, i just wasn't paying attention when i typed it. Tell your boy good luck on the swap. I know 5th gens are the ****. But has he considered trading up to a 96 or so hatch. I just think they are cooler with swaps now. Just saying you know. A 92 hatch is 10 years old now! OMG, that's crazy.

 

Sorry about the car, Real clean too. That's the worst feeling in the world having your hard work taken by some punk that is too lazy to do the same. I'v been there also man. Makes you want to go out and take some ones head off. At least they didn' get the new engine. ALL THEIVES SHOULD DIE!!!

2nd time wasnt as bad but i was extremly pissed because i did all the labor to restore it back the way it was.

i guess thats just part of the game dont play unless you can afford for all your **** to get jacked. it sucks that this is the way it is, people are really desparate now.

Damn that sucks real bad man. I know how all you guys feel, my 95 Si hatch has been stolen 4 times, and broken into twice. All 4 times its been stripped to the bare metal, even taking my headlights w/piaa plasma H4's. It was stolen for the 4th time in april, and its in the shop now. I think that all thieves should die, but i know that theyll get theirs. It is the worst feeling coming out and finding your car not where it was left last. My car has been stolen 3 times from school, and once from my house. The fourth time i was used to the pain, i just called the police and did the same old same old. Im gonna relocate the kill switch this time, and hope it doesnt get stolen anymore.

 

Damn thats such a nice car ....sorry to hear that its gone now....Uhh Evolution_sfv....if your cars been stolen 4 times why dont u get an alarm or take out your ECU...there are plenty of things u can do to keep thieves away....I thank god my EG hasnt been stolen (knock on wood)

 

god it must suck to live in a big city where u actually have to worry about ur car gettin jacked. glad i come from somewhere where i can accidentally leave my car unlocked for a weekend and no one gets in it.

 

get one of those auto lock things. and an alarm with a fuel cutoff. im sure that is pretty bullett proof.

 

Is he going to sell the Teins. And if so for how much?? I am in desperate need of suspension.. Sorry to hear about the car though, but it happens and at least he still has a good amount of stuff left around.
