Default seat belt

I have 89 si and it has the seat belt on the door and it so annoying and heavy. How do i convert it to the one that have seat belt on thebody? i saw it some where and tried to search but dont know what and how it called.

i guess it will require welding and drilling into the b-pillar

well i would like to know to cause i will one day be doing this also

Theyre called automatic seatbelts, trying searching that
