Suspicious Squeal!!!
Alright, I own a 1994 Civic EX with an H22. Problem is, when I'm driving in the rain, and hit a puddle...I acclerate after the puddle, and here are really annoying squeal coming from the right front side of my car. Now, its not the belts because they sit on the driver side, IDK? It seems like it does it when I rev, so I posted it here being I have an H22. Could it be the flywheel or something? What gets wet and squeals when the enigne is revved?

Nah, wrong side. Its only when I hit a good bit of water.
Its like I run through water, then go to accelerate...squeaaaaaaaallll!!! And then it stops. But it doesn't just squeal if I'm in gear. I can have it in neutral and rev it to have it squeal...I think...The squeal usually only lasts like 3 seconds.

Blinker fluid might be low? The resevoir is next to the flywheel between the tranny and motor. Check it out.
How are you going to rule out the belts when YOU DONT KNOW WHAT IT IS? A word of advice...check the simplest things FIRST. You get squeal, check the belts. Simple as that.
Did you know sound can travel and deflect off of solid objects to make your mind think that sound is coming from somewhere it is not?

Yea you definetly cant rule something out just because it doesnt sound like its coming from that side of the car. Like an above poster mentioned, the sound could be bouncing off objects.
When I had the same problem your describing in my eclipse, it was indeed the serpentine belt. It was a combination of the fact that the belt tensioner pulley was not adjusted correctly, and that water was getting in between the belt and pulleys making the belt slip. This made a pretty ear piercing noise, and I couldnt even distinguish where it was coming from in terms of left side of engine bay right side of engine bay, front rear etc.
