Resurfacing/repairing JUN chromoly flywheel
How much does it cost to resurface a chromoly steel flywheel? and Where is the best place to take it around the SF bay area?
Also How much and where to get this repaired?

NOT MY PICS, So I am not sure how that happened. I am trying to see if its worth it to purchase and get repaired?

Any good machine shop should be able to resurface it.
It looks like some type of flaking where the bolts go?
How much is it anyways, Low enough to be worth the small amount of work?

Yes, resurfacing(turning) the flywheel should be a common machine shop job, I would think. I would like to know how much it should cost to do the work and where people in the Bay Area would recommend I take it to.
If the cost to repair is cheap enough I might consider picking this up. The seller has not responded yet to questions I asked about the damage around the bolt area.

Some are saying that it can be fixed under $100, and some say not to bother with it. I cant get a decent quote from any machine shop Ive talked to (they say they will need to see the actual part, which I totally understand) I might just skip this as I cant get a solid quote on it.
Too bad, its a good chromoly flywheel, designed/lightened the right way. (weight is reduced on the outside ring of the flywheel, leaving the center with the weight; unlike aluminum ones where the weight is reduced on the whole flywheel)
