Ok so im running out of time and need to get this swap done will I still have
garage access, with the car still run if I keep it obd-0 for now.

Ive got everything right for the swap just can't seem to find a jumper
for a good deal.

And im not sure how good it is to buy used jumper's for the ecu's.

Also how come with some jumper harness the wires go from one side to the other, while on others they got a few extra wires sticking out?
