Default Post up your Oil Filter Relocation pics.

Where are your oil filters located now?

Trying to decide where to mount it by the firewall or closer to the front of the car.

POST YOUR PICS.

I dont have a pic but I saw someone put one right under the passenger headlight. kinda retarded as you need to remove your bumper to get to it.

My guess is to make it easier to reach and change the oil filter. and its another goody to have under the hood...

I was wondering about placing the filter upright instead of facing down. Would oil spew all over the place if it were up right or would the oil drain down? Can anyone concur?

Keep them coming!

if it was facing down, when you drain most of the oil from the pan, it should all come out... i think
