I have similar mods on my crx although I still run the stock obd0 pr3 ecu. It may not have as much power as a tuned ecu, but should run fine nonetheless as long as you have to mechanical/electrical problems. I have the bold items.

*Denso Iridium spark plugs
*NGK Spark plug wires
*Redshift Racing Mounts (old school)
*S1 tranny act stage 3 clutch
*cheapo Intake
*B&M no bend short shifter
*Energy shifter bushings
*New intake manifold gasket(installed)
*JKOBD conversion(Car is OBD1)
*Battery relocated to the back with SCCA approved battery box
*75/69mm dh-racing throttlebody
*dh-racing ported and port matched typhoon inatke manifold
*toda cam gears
*ctr cams

Exhaust

*RSR Header
*Vibrant Hi-Flow Cat
*Tanabe Hyper Medallion Exhaust
