Default **Removed Valve Cover and found sum things-PICS**

well i removed it finally and saw that it looked like parts of the head was chipped away...is this anything big?

same here. If you are paranoid though change your oil and filter it as well as open up your oil filter.

one thing I will say is that there seems to be some scoring on your
vtec lobes, what cam/valvespring combination are you running?

supertech valves and springs.....and crower stage 2...i do beat on it tho lol. the camera is canon s400

Your exhaust cam is toast. Change it out and any rockers affected before you drop your valve and then be really hurting.

I wouldn't touch it unless you know what you're doing. I know, weak answer, but you may end up causing more trouble than you need for extremely little benefit.

I was thinking one time that if you polished everything up to a mirror finish oil wouldnt stick around and it would fall back to the oil pan quicker. I dunno, just a thought.

yup, any place that the oil might hang up can be removed. I must say this though DON'T DO IT IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING.
