PCV valve?
can you see smoke from the rear or do you just notice the oil level going down?

What do you consider high compression?

I see smoke and the i need to refill like every 3-4 weeks im going to try the PCV and let you know..As far as high compression i consider anything over 11.5 is high compression...WHY..What does it have to do with the question..

Thank you

11.5 isn't "crazy high" and I think your numbers should be higher than 185 if you are 11.5:1. Mines around 11.6 and I'm in the 240psi range.

I'm also having a similar burning problem. valve seals maybe?

im on the same boat. comp is 240ish
11.6 comp
im guessing its the valve seals.

i burned almost 2 quarts of oil driving to canada and back. i also did a 30mins track event in canada also.
it only dose it at high rpm. but its been doing it for almost 3 years i had it lol.

running alot of timing advance on an untuned setup can eventually lead
to this. it can also mean that your rings have become frozen and they
arent scrubbing very well anymore. it can also mean that they are
stuck in an unideal area of the piston where the ring gaps are overlapped
and gives the oil and spent gases a easy means for escape. if you are
losing oil from this, you are losing some power as well.
