Default Crx HF brake question

I just picked up this crx a few days ago and everything is ok except for the brakes. Ive read the Chilton's manual and understand what to do in order to replace the brakes but before I go out and spend money on some brakes. Maybe you guys have some input.
When I first get in the car the brakes will work for about 3 presses, then after that the pedal goes all the way to the floor and they do not work at all.
Yes i've checked the brake fluid.

Check for leaks in all of the rubber lines, although chances are it's a master cylinder.

the break calipers might need to be checked for presser. You might have to take them off anf see if you can push them in with a c-clamp with someone pressing the brakes n for you.

DEFENTLY YOUR FASTER CYLINDER ITS NOT PROVIDING ANY PRESSURE CHANGE IT TO AN INTEGRA ITS EASY. JUST UNSCREW THE NUT UNDER THE DASH BOARD ITS UP THE BRAKE PEDAL. AND ALSO UNSCREW THE FOUR MAIN SCREWS THATS IT. CHANGE IT IN TO AN INTEGRA 90-93 BIGGER WILL BRAKE FASTER AND SAME CONNECTIONS. I HAVE A 99 GSR INTEGRA MASTER BRAKE CYLINDER IN MINE CRX AND IT BRAKES IN MILLI SECONDS.

I'd try just bleeding the brake system first before spending money on parts.
